*Beartooth Powder Guides is an approved American Avalanche Association course provider. All Level 1 courses offer curriculum which exceeds the requirements set forth by the American Avalanche Association.
TOWN BASED LEVEL 1 Avalanche course
This three day course is based out of Cooke City. Students are responsible for their own food and lodging.
Mt. Zimmer Yurt Level 1 Avalanche course
This three day course includes 2 nights lodging at the Mt. Zimmer Yurt. Students are responsible for their own food and cooking.
This 4 day course includes 3 nights lodging at the Mt. Zimmer Yurt and an additional day of guided powder skiing. Students are responsible for their own food and cooking.
